You asked for it, and here it is! Our new wrapped insulated pex pipe made with TWO 1" REHAU Pex pipes on the inside.

We never use 3/4" pex as it does not deliver the proper amount of BTU's to our home. Most all wood boiler installation products are 1"
Here is what makes our wrapped pipe superior to the competition:

1) Class A Rehau Pex (competitors use class B or C cheap Chinese pex that will split and crack over time. Class B and C pex is NOT EXPANDABLE!!!!
2) We use ONE wrap of insulation between the hot and cold line
2) Warranty against pex freezing, splitting or cracking
3) Spiral taped insulation VS a single line on seam like competitors
4) Special thicker tile - Gold line striped
5) High Grade Foil to block heat loss
