You are buying a side arm heat exchanger.
This
unit is most commonly used to heat your domestic hot water in
conjunction with an outdoor or indoor wood boiler (water stove). This is
a water to water style heat exchanger and will take the hot water from
your water stove and transfer the heat through the copper walls of the
unit to heat your domestic hot water all without the two water systems
ever mixing! Strongly recommended for homes with HARD WATER issues!!!

NOTE: Our side arms comes UNSOLDERED for your convenience, as you may need to adjust direction of inlets during installation.
BEWARE
of units that come pre-soldered as you don't know what type of solder
they are using as well as possible leakage due to poor soldering
technique!!!! BEWARE of short side arms, they are inefficient and do not
provide enough heat!
What
